STESA- Saudi Technical Engineering Systems Associated,  is a joint subsidiary of Saudi Commercial Industrial Company (SCIC) and THALES (new name of formerly called Thomson-CSF) established in Saudi Arabia in 1982 as a limited liability company and classified as Grade I in electronic works.
